Sri Subramanya Swamy is worshipped in this temple in the form of Naga Devata, with a dedicated side sanctum located next to the Navagraha Devata Mandapam. Rituals such as Ksheera (Milk) Abhisheka and Archana Sevas are performed every Sunday, honoring this deity and inviting blessings for devotees.
On the auspicious day of Subramanya Shashti, a special Kaavadi Seva is conducted, further enhancing the spiritual atmosphere of the temple. Additionally, Naga Devata Pooja is performed on Naagula Panchami, a day dedicated to honoring serpentine deities and seeking their protection and blessings.
